Personalize your purchase with a monogram.
Monogramming is a great way to make an item uniquely yours, or to make a gift extra-special. Our expertly stitched monograms are available on hundreds of fabric items including shirts, jackets, towels, sheets and more. (Individual product descriptions indicate monogram availability.)

We're quick… and reasonable.
Monogramming adds just a day or two to your delivery. It costs just $5 per monogram and $10 for most luggage, towel and sheet sets.

Monogram styles.
We offer a total of 9 monogram styles, as shown below. However, not all styles are available for all products. We’ll guide you through your options by showing you the style that best complements your item, the other choices you have and a preview of any new selections you make.

 

We will be pleased to cuff or hem your trousers and pants free of charge. Please keep in mind these guidelines:

If you do not specify a cuffing or hemming length, your pants will be delivered unfinished.

Hemming and cuffing add 1-2 days extra processing time.

Remember to allow an extra 1/2 inch (1,5 cm) for shrinkage in 100% cotton items.

Some jeans and corduroy trousers can be hemmed but not cuffed.

As indicated in the charts below, the maximum inseam for cuffed
pants is 2 inches less than the maximum for straight hemmed ("uncuffed") pants. This is because creating a cuff requires 2 inches of fabric.

Our gift-boxing service saves you the time and hassle of doing it yourself. And we'll prepare almost any gift for you. First we wrap it in crisp tissue paper, then carefully nestle it in an elegant gift box tied with a coordinating ribbon. The box is accompanied by a gift card bearing your personal message.

A box for every gift.
During the holiday season, our gift boxes are beautiful vivid red with rich undertones. Other times of the year, gift boxes are available in classic navy accented with white "pick stitching" around the edges. All gifts are surrounded generously by protective wrapping, so they'll arrive in A–1 condition.

How to order.
During checkout, just select the "Gift Box" option for each item you want individually boxed. If you would like two or more items in a single gift box, start by selecting one item to be gift-boxed, then go to "Optional Order Instructions" and indicate the additional items you would like to go in that box.

Please note: There is a $6 charge for each gift box. We do our best to follow your gift-boxing instructions. However, if you choose to have multiple items gift boxed, the number of boxes we use depends on how many of your items fit in one box when we fill your order. So your total charge for gift boxing will not be calculated when you check out. Instead, you will see this charge on the packing slip enclosed with your order.
